A member of the Jaguars training squad tested positive for COVID-19, and the team undertook activities on Saturday remotely
Jacksonville, Florida – Update 9:03 AM October 18: The Jacksonville Jaguars team reported no new positive tests for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, according to a statement released by the team.
“The team has not received any new positive tests since yesterday, and all of our active roster members have received many negative tests and are eligible to play in today’s match against the Lions.
The Jaguars (1-4) host the Lions (1-3) at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon.
A member of the Jacksonville Jaguars Training Squad was tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, and the team issued a statement on Saturday morning. The team then placed 12 players from the coaching team on the Training / COVID-19 Reserve List, and defensive finishers Josh Mauro on the Reserve / COVID-19 list.
The team received daily PCR results that tested positive. Here’s part of the team’s statement.
